Diagnosis: Bronchitis

After 2 weeks of this cold, I finally went to the doctor today. I hope those antibiotics kick in soon!

Just what is the Cult of Domesticity?

"The Cult of Domesticity was a prevailing view among middle and upper class white women during the nineteenth century. The women who abided by these standards were generally literate, and lived in the north east, particularly New York and Massachusetts. Okay...so I don't really fit that mold, being a highly independent woman, but I remembered the term from college and thought it would make a good blog title since I'm a new wife and homeowner!
